Egg Fry/Guddu Iguru
Ingredients:
- Boiled eggs - 5
- Onions(chopped ) - 1 cup
- Green chillies - 3
- Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Salt - to taste
- Coriander leaves - 10 stems
Ingredients:
- Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Urad dhal - 1/2 tsp
- Channa dhal - 1 tsp
- Dry red chilly - 1
- Heat the oil in the pan.Add Mustard seeds,cumin seeds,urad dhal,channa dhal,dry red chilli and allow the until it changes the color..Add turmeric powder.
- Now add boiled eggs to the tadka and fry it until the eggs changes the color.
- Add chopped onions to the eggs and fry it for 15 minutes( or until onions fry) in medium hi heat.
- Add finely chopped coriander leaves to the onion egg mixture and fry for 2 mts.
- Add chilli powder ,salt and mix very well.
