Ingredients
1.Apple (peeled and chopped) - 1
2. Orange segments - 1/2 cup
3.Almond slices - for garnishing
4.Avocado - 1
5.Broccoli florets(add broccoli florets in salted boiled water for 2mts and then strain water) - 1cup
6.Asparagus (Chopped)(add asparagus pieces in boiled water for 2mts and then strain)- 1/4cup
7.Green onions (finely chopped)- 1/8cup
8.Lemon juice - 1 1/2tbsp
9.Honey - 3tbsp
10.Pepper - 2tsp
Method:
1.In a bowl mix lemon juice,Pepper pwd.Add chopped spring onions,broccoli,asparagus and sliced avocado.Toss all the ingredients very well.Finally on top of the salad add honey and sliced almonds.
