Apple oats smoothie
Ingredients1.Apple - 1(Peeled,chopped)
2.Honey - 3tbsp
3.Oats ( fry in medium flame for 4mts) - 4tbsp
4.Reduced fatMilk - 11/2 cup
5.water - 1cup
Method:
Blend all the ingredients together.Pour into glasses and serve cold.Adjust the sugar /honey to your taste.
