Ingredients
1.French beans - 2 cups(Parboil in water for 5-7mts)
2.Sesame seeds - 1tbsp
3.Peanuts - 2tbsp
4.Salt - to taste
5.Turmeric powder - 1/2tsp
6.Redchilli powder - 1tsp
7.Onion - 1big(finely chopped)
For seasoning
1.Oil - 2tbsp
2.Mustard seeds - 1//2tsp
3.Cumin seeds - 1/2tsp
4.Channa dal - 1tsp
5.Urad dhal - 1tsp
6.Hing - pinch
7.Curry leaves - few
Method
1.Heat oil in wide bottom pan.Add mustard seeds,once it starts spluttering add c nice cumin seeds,channa dal,urad dal and fry till the dal changes into nice color.Add hing,curry leaves.
2.Add finely chopped onions and fry for 4mts.
3.Add boiled french beans and fry in medium flame.To this add salt,turmeric powder and mix well.
4.Dry roast sesame seeds,peanuts separately till it changes its color and grind into coarse powder.
5.Fry the beans in medium high flame for 6-7mts by stirring in between to avoid any burning.Add coarsely grinded powder and fry for 2mts.
6.Add red chilli powder and saute for 1mt.Turn off the flame.
7.Serve with rice.
