Mango cake






Ingredients
1.Flour - 1cup
2.Rava/suji - 1/2 cup
3.Fresh Mango puree - 1cup
4.Cardamom powder - 1/4cup
5.Walnuts - 4tbsp(crushed)
6.Baking powder - 1tsp
7.Baking soda - 1/2tsp
8.Oil - 3tbsp
9.Curd - 1/4 cup
10.sugar - 3/4 cup
Method
1.In a bowl mix sugar,curd,oil and mix till the sugar gets melt.To this add mango puree and mix well.
2.In an another bowl sieve flour,baking powder,baking soda  and mix this flour to the sugar mixture.Add rava to this and mix well with out any lumps.Add walnuts,cardamom powder and combine together.
4.Pre heat the oven to 375 degrees.
4.Grease the cake pan and transfer the batter to the cake pan.Bake into oven for 30-40mts until the tooth pick comes out clean.
