Mango Sago Pudding




Ingredients
1.Evaporated milk - 14oz can(approx.1/2cup+1/4cup)
2.Reduced Fat Milk - 1/4 milk
3.Fresh Sweetened Mango Pieces - 1cup
4.Cardamom Powder - 1/4tsp
5.Sugar - 2tbsp(adjust as per taste)
6.Sago/Saggu biyyam - 1/2cup
Method
1.Boil Sago in water for until sago becomes transparent.Turn off the flame and drain excess water.Wash sago in cold water till the starch is completely gone from the sago.
2.Blend mango pieces,evaporated milk,reduced fat milk,sugar,cardamom powder into smooth consistency.
3.Mix sago into mango mixture and refrigerate for 3-4hrs.The consistency will be slightly thickened after it gets cool.
