Cabbage pacchadi

1.chopped cabbage - 2cups
2.Green chillies - 7-8
3.salt - to taste
4.garlic -3
5.Tamarind paste - 1/2tsp
6.Jeera -1/2tsp
7.Oil - 3tsp

1.Heat oil in avessel. Add green chillies, and fry them for 2mts in medium .Kepp aside.
2.In the remaining oil add chopped cabbage,garlic,jeera,salt and cook in medium hi flame for 10mts.
3.Blend all the ingredients including tamarind paste into coarse texture by adding little water if needed.
4.Add seasonig if you prefer.
