How to blanch tomatoes and onions


Add the onions and tomatoes separately in hot boiling water and let it boil for 5-6 mts or till onions and tomatoes becomes soft.When tomatoes become soft,take out the tomatoes from water and peel the outer layer of tomatoes and blend separately into a fine paste.This paste can use for different curries.You can use blanching process for different vegetables.
