Palak Paratha(Laccha Paratha style)

1.Wheat flour - 1 1/2cups
2.Palak puree - 1/2 cup
3.Ajwain seeds - 1/2tsp
4.Oil - 2tsp
5.Ghee - for frying
6 Salt - to taste
1.In a bowl mix wheat flour,oil,salt and make a stiff dough by adding water.Cover with lid and keep this aside for 15-20mt.
2.Divide the dough into 5 equal size balls.
3.Heat griddle.Roll each ball into thin chapatti.Brush some ghee on chapatti.Sprinkle dry flour on top of the chapatti.Now make a pleats and round like a coil.Again roll into chapatti and place on the tawa.Cook in medium high flame on both sides.Apply ghee on both sides.
4.Serve with your choice of curry or raita.
