Ingredients
1.Besan flour - 2cups
2.Rice flour - 1/2cup
3.Salt - to taste
4.Chilli powder - 1/4tsp
5.Oil - for deep frying
6.Oil - 2tbsp
Method
1.In a bowl mix all the flours except oil for deep frying.Add water as needed and make into soft,smooth dough with out any lumps.
2.Heat oil in for deep frying.
3.Place the dough into sev press and carefully press into oil.Fry in the oil till it turns crispy.
Note
I do not have very fine sev plate.I use the one that had very small holes.
