Ingredients
1.Button Mushrooms - 3 packets
2.Onion - 11/2 cup(chopped)
3.Tomatoes - 2 (chopped)
4.salt - to taste
5.Red chilli powder - 1tsp
6.Ginger garlic paste - 1tsp
7.Coriander powder - 1/2tsp
8.Garam masala - 1/4tsp
9.Fresh coconut (grated) - 1/4cup + 1tbsp
10.Oil - 4tbsp
Method
1.Heat oil in a pan.Add onions and fry till it changes color. Add ginger garlic paste and fry for 1 minute.
2.Add chopped tomatoes and cook till tomatoes becomes soft.
3.Add the mushrooms and cook on high flame for 2mts.Slowly the water oozes out.
4.Add turmeric powder,red chilli powder,salt and mix well. Cook on medium flame for 10-15 minutes.
5.Add grated coconut,coriander powder.Mix well. Cook on medium low flame until the gravy comes together.
6.finally add garam masala and cook for 2mts.Turn off the flame.
7.Serve with rice or rotis.
