Ingredients
1.Dry Green peas - 1 cup
2.Onion chopped - 1 cup
3.Tomatoes chopped - 1/2 cup
4.Chilli pwd - 1 tsp
5.Turmeric pwd - 1/2 tsp
6.salt - to taste
7.Besan flour - 1 Tbsp
8.Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
9.Coriander pwd - 1/4 tsp
10.Jeera Pwd - 1/4 tsp
11.Oil - 2tbsp
12. Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
Method:
1.Heat oil in a pan.Add chopped onions and fry until it changes color.
2.To this add ginger garlic paste and fry for 1 mt.
3.Add chopped tomatoes and fry until it cooks well.
4.Add Soaked dry peas to the onion tomato mixture and stir well.
5.Add turmeric pwd,chilli pwd,salt, jeera and coriander pwd . Mix it well and cook in medium flame for 2mts.
6.Add 2 cups water and cook pressure cook for 5 mts in hi flame or 1 whistle.
7.Remove the lid and cook the in medium flame and add besan flour mix with 3 tbsp water and add to the peas curry.Mix well and cook until gravy becomes slightly thick.
8.Serve hot with chappathis.
