1.APF or Maida - 1 cup
2.Rice flour - 1/4 cup
3.Jeera - 1tsp
4.Chiilli Pwd - 1/2tsp
5.salt - to taste
6.Moong dhal (soaked in water for 30 mts) - 2 tbsp
7.Ghee - 2tbsp
8.Oil - for deep frying
9.water - as

1.In a bowl add maida,riceflour,ghee,soaked moongdhal,red chilli pwd,jeera, and salt.Mix very well.

2.Add water as needed and make a dough.
3.Keep a side for 15 mts.
4.In pan add oil for deeep frying and heat it .
5.In the mean time pinch a small sized ball from the dough and roll it like a string and make into like chegodi shape.
6.Deep fry in the oil in medium low to medium flame until it changes color
7.It can store for 4-5 days.
