Crispy Onion pakoda/Onion Fritters

1.Besan flour - 1/2 cup
2.Rice flour - 1/4 cup

3.Onion - 2medium (sliced)

4.Curry leaves - 10
5.Ginger - 1tbsp(finely chopped)

6.Green chillies - 3
7.Salt - to taste

8.Oil - for deep frying

1.In a bowl mix all the ingredients together except oil.
2.Sprinkle little water and mix well that it forms hard batter.Don't add too much water .
3.Heat oil in a deep frying pan.The oil should be piping hot.Drop the batter in oil by using your fingers.
4.Turn the fritters in between until it reaches golden color.
5.Serve hot as a snack or as a side dish.
