Egg less blueberry muffins

1.Fresh blue berry - 3/4 cup
2.All purpose flour - 2 cups
3.Milk - 1/4 cup
4.Baking soda - 1/2 tsp
5.Baking Powder - 1 1/4 tsp
6.Yogurt - 1cup
7.Oil - 1/4cup
8.Ghee - 1/4 cup
9.Sugar - 1 cup(add 1/4 cup more if you have sweet tooth)

1.In a bowl whisk yogurt,milk,sugar for 5 minutes. Add oil and ghee to this and whisk for 3 more minutes.
2.In another bowl sieve All purpose flour,baking powder,baking soda.Combine all the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix well.
3.Add 3/4 th cup of blue berries to the batter and fold gently.
4.Preheat the oven to 370 degrees.
5.Line the the baking liners into muffin tray.Spoon the
batter into muffin cups until 3/4th.
6.Bake in oven for 30 minutes or until the tooth pick comes out clean.

Notes:If you prefer to cut blue berries into halves out of 3/4 cup separate 1/4 cup , cut into halves and combine all the blue berries into the batter.
