Fish fry

Ingredients
1.Milk fish - 8 pieces
2.Salt - taste
3.Ginger garlic paste - 1tsp
4.Red chilli powder - 11/2tsp
5.Coriander powder - 1/2tsp
6.Garam masala - 1/2tsp
7.Fresh lemon juice - 2tbsp
8.Oil - 1/4 cup

Method :
1.In a bowl add fish and the above ingredients except oil and keep aside for 30 minutes.
2.In a wide bottomed heavy pan add oil .Arrange 4 fish pieces at a time and fry in medium flame by covering the lid for 3-4 minutes.
3.Open the lid and turn over the pieces carefully with out breaking and cook in medium high flame by covering the lid for 4mts.Keep an eye in between to avoid any burning.Fry the pieces until it is well done on both sides.Repeat the same process for the rest of the fish pieces.
4.Serve as a snack or as a side dish with sambar or rasam.
