Mattar paneer

1.Frozen peas - 1cup
2.Onion - 1 large(chopped)
3.Paneer - 1cup
4.Tomatoes - 2large (chopped)
5.Ginger garlic paste - 11/2tsp
6.Corainder powder - 1tsp
7.Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
8.Heavy cream - 3-4tbsp
9.Oil - 3tbsp
10.Turmeric powder - 1/4tsp
11.salt - to taste
12.Kasoori methi - 1/2tsp

1.Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan add onions ,turmeric powder and ginger garlic paste and fry for 5mts.,Add chopped tomatoes ,red chilli powder, coriander powder and cook till it becomes soft.
2.Once the tomatoes becomes soft turn off the flame and allow it cool for blending.
3.Blend all the ingredients into a smooth paste by adding little water if needed.
4.Heat 1tbsp oil and add the onion and tomato paste to this and fry it on medium flame for 2 mts.
Add 11/2 cups water and bring it to boil for 2mts.
5.Once it starts boiling add frozen green peas and allow it boil till the peas get cooked and gravy becomes slightly thickens.
6.Add kasoori methi.cubed Paneer and cook in low flame for 5mts.
7.Finally add fresh cream and cook for a mt.Garnish coriander leaves.
8.Serve hot with roti or naan.
