Kothimira pachadi with tomato/Tomato ,Coriader chutney

1.Coriander leaves - 2 bunches(wash thoroughly and chop them roughly)
2.Tomatoes - 3 large(chopped)
3.Salt - to taste
4.Green chillies - 7
5.Tamarind paste - 1tsp
6.Garlic - 5
7.Jeera - 1tsp
8.oil - 2tbsp

1.Heat the wide pan and add chopped coriander leaves and fry for 2 mts till all the water evaporates from leaves and starts sizzling sound.Add 2tbsp oil to the leaves and fry till the leaves come together.
2.Now add chopped tomatoes and fry in high flame until it starts oozing water from tomatoes.
Slowly turn the flame to medium hi and cook till tomatoes becomes soft by covering the lid.Stir in between to avoid any burning.
3.Add green chillies, jeera , garlic to this and cook for 3mts.Once the tomatoes become soft turn off the flame and allow it to cool.
4.Grind all the ingredients including tamarind paste into blender and blend into coarse paste.Do not add any water.
5.Serve with rice, dosa.
