Saffron flavoured badam milk

1.Almonds - 35
2.Milk - 4 1/2 cups
3.Saffron - 1/8 tsp
4.sugar - 3/4 cup
5.Almond slices - for garnishing
1.Soak the almonds over night and peel off the skin.Blend the almonds into smooth paste by adding little milk while grinding if necessary.
2.Heat milk in a heavy bottom vessel.Once the milk starts boiling turn the flame to medium and boil it till it reduces to approximately 3 cups.
3.Add almond paste and boil the milk in low flame for 15mts.
Add sugar,saffron to the milk and boil it for 5mts.
4.Turn off the flame and garnish with almond slices.
5.Chill the badam milk before serving.
