Triangle Paratha

1.Wheat flour - 2cups
2.Oil - 1tbsp
3.Salt - to taste
1.In a bowl add all the ingredients knead into dough by adding water.
2.Cover with lid and keep aside for 15mts.
3.Divide the dough into 8 equal size balls.

Roll into chappathi and spread dry flour on chappathi.Fold into half circle as shown in picture and again add some flour and fold again. Roll into paratha.
4.Heat tawa in high flame.Add rolled paratha and cook on both sides till it changes color.Apply some oil on both sides .Transfer into the plate and cover with lid.Repeat the same process with the rest of the dough.
