Egg Fry/Guddu Iguru

Ingredients:

  1. Boiled eggs - 5
  2. Onions(chopped ) - 1 cup
  3. Green chillies - 3
  4. Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  5. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  6. Salt - to taste
  7. Coriander leaves - 10 stems
For Tempering/Tadka
Ingredients:
  1. Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
  2. Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
  3. Urad dhal - 1/2 tsp
  4. Channa dhal - 1 tsp
  5. Dry red chilly - 1
Method :
  1. Heat the oil in the pan.Add Mustard seeds,cumin seeds,urad dhal,channa dhal,dry red chilli and allow the until it changes the color..Add turmeric powder.
  2. Now add boiled eggs to the tadka and fry it until the eggs changes the color.
  3. Add chopped onions to the eggs and fry it for 15 minutes( or until onions fry) in medium hi heat.
  4. Add finely chopped coriander leaves to the onion egg mixture and fry for 2 mts.
  5. Add chilli powder ,salt and mix very well.
