Gobi Paratha



1.Grated cauliflower/gobi - 1cup
2.Oil - 1tbsp
3.Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
4.Onion(chopped onions finely) - 1/4 cup
5.Coriander pwd - 1/2 tsp
6.Turmeric Pwd - 1/8 tsp
7.salt - to taste masala - 1/2 tsp
9.Lemon juice - 1tsp

10.Chillipwd - 1/2 tsp

Method: 1.Heat oil in apan .Add finely chopped onions and fry until it changes colour.
2.To this add grated cauliflower,turmeric pwd,and mix well for 1 mt.
Now add chillipwd,coriander pwd and covered the lid for 5 mts or until it is really cooked.
3.Finally add chat masala , squeeze fresh lemon and mix well. Turn off the stove.Garnish with coriander leaves.



1.Atta flour - 1cup
2.water - as needed
3.Oil - 1 tsp

Method:1.In a bowl add flour ,oil and mix well.Now add water and make like chapathi dough.
2.Make big lemon sized balls from the dough and roll into round shape.
3.Place 1tbsp of filling in the center and cover the edges carefully and roll it gently .
4.Heat griddle . place the paratha and cook it in medium heat by adding little oil on both sides.
5.Serve hot with raita .
