Chemadumpa chips/Taro root chips

1.Taro root /Chemadumpa - 4 medium size
2.Oil - for deep frying
3.Salt - to taste
4.Red chilli powder - 1tsp

1.Boil the taro root in water till it becomes soft.
2.Peel the taro root and cut into slices.Keep them aside.
3.Heat oil in a deep frying pan.Add taro root
slices into oil and fry in medium high flame till it changes its color by turning on both sides in between.
4.When it changes the golden brown color transfer to the plate and sprinkle with salt and red chilli powder.
5.Serve as a side dish with rice.
