Allam tomato pachadi

1.Tomatoes - 2 big(chopped)
2.Ginger root (Peel and chopped) - Little less than 1/2 cup
3.Dried red chilli  4
4.Salt -  to taste
5.Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
6.Urad dal - 1tsp
7.Coriander seeds - 3/4 tsp
8.Jaggery - 2tsp
9.Garlic - 2(chopped)
10.Oil - 2tsp
11.Tamarind paste - 1tsp
 For seasoning
1.Oil -1tsp
2.Mustard seeds - 1/2tsp
3.Curry leaves - few
4.Hing - pinch
1.Heat oil in a pan.Add chopped ginger pieces and fry in medium flame for 2mts.Remove this and keep aside.
2.In the same pan add 1tsp oil and cook chopped tomatoes in high flame for 6mts till tomatoes becomes soft.
3.Dry roast cumin seeds,coriander seeds,red chilli,urad dal in medium flame till it gets nice color.
4.Make a fine powder and add tomatoes,ginger,salt,tamarind paste,salt,garlic,jaggery and blend it again. 
5.Heat 1tsp oil in a pan.Add mustard seeds,once it splutters add curry leaves and a pinch of hing.Mix this seasoning to the chutney.
6.Serve with dosa or rice.
