Bendakaya Pachadi

1.Bendakaya/okra - 1/4pound
2.Green chillies - 5
3.Garlic - 3pods
4.Jeera - 1/2tsp
5.Salt - to taste
6.Tamarind Paste - 1/2tsp
7.Oil - 1tbsp
8.Curd - 1tbsp
9.Tamarind paste - 1tsp
For Seasoning
1.Oil - 1/2tsp
2.Mustard seeds - 1/4tsp
3.Jeera - 1/4tsp
4.Urad dhal - 1/4tsp
5.Chana dhal - 1/4tsp

1.Heat 1tbsp oil in a pan.Fry green chillies in the oil for 2-3mts and remove from oil.Keep this aside.In the remaining oil add okra pieces  to the oil and saute for 2-3mts.Add 1tbsp curd to the okra and mix well to reduce slime.Saute okra in oil till the okra becomes tender.To this add jeera,salt,tamarind paste and cool it for some time.
2.Grind the above ingredients into paste and do seasoning in the above order.
