Dosaavakaya -Yellow cucumber pickle.

1.Yellow cucumber - 2 Medium size
2.Mustard Powder - 11/2tbsp
3.Methi Powder - 1/2 tbsp
4.Salt - to taste
5.Lemon Juice - 2tbsp
6.Red chilli Powder - 6tbsp
7.Oil - 2/3 cup
1.Wash and dry out cucumber.Cut into two halves.Scoop out the seeds and keep it aside.Do not peel the outer layer of the cucumber.It gives nice crunchiness.
2.Cut into pieces and add salt,red chilli powder,mustard powder,methi powder and lemon juice.Mix well till all the spices blend well to the cucumber pieces.
3.Add oil and mix well  to the pieces.Keep it aside for 24hours.
4.Serve with rice.
