Banana Caramel Milkshake

 

Ingredients
1.Bananas - 2
2.Milk(2%) - 2 2/3cup
3.Caramel - 1/2cup
4.Banana split ice cream - 2 scoops




Method
Blend all the above  ingredients except icecream .Pour into glasses and add a scoop of banana split or your choice of ice cream and serve.

Fruit Salad with Greek yogurt dressing


Ingredients
1.Greek yogurt(vanilla,honey flavored) - 11/3 cup
2.Chopped mixed fruits - 2cups(banana,strawberries,kiwi,grapes,orange)
3.Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp
4.Sugar - 2tsp
5.Shredded sweetened coconut - 2tsp
6.Almonds (sliced) - 2tsp
7.Honey - 2tsp

Method
1.In a bowl add yogurt,cardamom powder,sugar and mix well till the sugar melts.
2.In a glass alternately arrange fruits,yogurt and finish with yogurt.On top of yogurt garnish with fruits,sprinkle shredded coconut,nuts and drizzle honey.
3.Serve chilled.

Notes
The above ingredients makes 2 glasses.

Banana Bread



Ingredients
1.Bananas - 2(big)
2.Walnuts - 1/2 cup
3.Baking powder - 1tsp
4.Baking soda - 1/4tsp
5.Eggs - 2
6.Sugar - 3/4 cup
7. Cinnamon powder - 3/4tsp
8.Wheat flour -1/2 cup
9.All purpose flour - 1 1/4 cup
10.Butter - 1/2 cup(melted)
Method
1.Mash bananas in a bowl.To this add sugar,butter,beaten eggs and mix well till the sugar melts.
2.In a separate bowl sieve wheat flour,all purpose flour,baking powder,baking soda.To this add cinnamon powder and mix well.
3.Fold the dry ingredients  into wet ingredients and mix gently.Pound walnuts coarsely.keep a side 2 tbsps of walnuts.Add remaining walnuts to the batter and fold gently.
4.Grease the loaf pan and transfer the batter to pan.Sprinkle 2tbsp walnuts on top of the batter and bake in oven for 50 -55mts or till tooth pick comes out clean. 
5.Once it is cool down cut into slices.

Strawberry,Banana Smoothie

Ingredients
1.Banana - 1(make into slices)
2.Strawberries - 10(chopped into pieces)
3.Milk - 1cup
4.sugar - 2tsp
5.Vanilla Ice cream - 2 scoops

Method
 Blend all the ingredients and make into smoothie.Pour smoothie into chilled glass or serve cold.
