Mango FroYo(Frozen yogurt)

1.Plain greek yogurt or thick Curd - 21/4cup
2.Fresh mango puree - 11/4cup
3.Cardamom powder - 1/2tsp
4.Mixed nuts - 1/4cup
5.Sugar - 3/4cup(adjust more or less)
6.Pistachios - for garnishing
1.In a bowl mix well curd,sugar,mango puree,cardamom powder.Keep it in the freezer for 5-6mours.
2.Now remove the bowl after 5hours and blend untill smooth.Repeat the same process 5-6 times for every 2-3 hours.After you blend last time add mixed nuts and mix well.Put it back in freezer until it becomes icy.
3.Garnish with pistachios before serving.
1.If you prefer to use regular curd,hung the curd in a cloth and leave it for 5-6 hours to drain out any excess water.Keep it in a refrigerator.
2.You can add mixed nuts at the very first time.
3.Blend more times than the given time to get more softer consistency.
