Aloo paratha



Ingredients
1.Wheat flour - 2cups
2.Salt - pinch
3.Oil - 1tsp
4.water - as required
 For Filling
1.Potatoes (boiled)- 3medium(boiled and grate the potatoes)
2.Onion - 1/4 cup(minced)
3.Green chilli - 2(chopped)
4.Ginger garlic paste - 1/2tsp
5.Amchoor powder - 1/2tsp
6.Red chilli powder - 3/4tsp
7.Turmeric powder - 1/4tsp
8.Salt - to taste
9.Garam masala- 1/2tsp
10.Coriander leaves - finely chopped
11.Oil -3tsp
Method
1.In a bowl add flour,salt,oil and mix well.Knead the flour into smooth dough by adding water.Keep this aside by covering the lid.
2.Add oil in a wide bottom pan and fry minced onions for 3mts.Add chillies,ginger garlic paste and fry for a minute.
3.Add all the masala powders  to the onions and mix well.Add 2tbsp water to avoid any burning.Adjust salt.
4.Finally add grated potato and mix well till the masala coats well to the potatoes.Add chopped coriander leaves to the potatoes.Keep this aside to cool it.Once it gets cool down divide the potato mixture into 8 equal size balls.
5.Divide the dough into 8 equal size balls.
6.Roll each chappathi dough into small thick chappathi and put the potato mixture in middle and cover the edges.Start rolling the potato filling ball into chapathi carefully.Repeat the same process for the rest of the dough.
7.Heat the griddle  in medium flame.Once the griddle is hot place potato filling chappathi and cook in medium flame till it changes nice golden brown color by adding ghee or oil.Turn both sides to cook on the other side.
8.Serve with pickle and curd.
